Team Captain Spotlight: Mark McDowell has served as principal of Quincy Notre Dame High School for the past 14 years, bringing a lifelong dedication to Catholic education as both an alumnus and leader. A graduate of Quincy University with a degree in elementary education and a master’s in educational administration from William Woods University, McDowell has worked in education his entire career. He remains actively involved in the community through service on various boards and committees supporting Catholic education and youth development. Mark and his wife, Jamie, a teacher in the Quincy School District, are proud parents of three children.
