Leadership Spotlight: Captains Rich & Linnea Forney, Corps Officers for The Salvation Army Quincy Area Command, provide dedicated leadership rooted in service, compassion, and faith in action. As ordained ministers, they oversee the many programs and services that support individuals and families throughout the community.
