Class of 1982! It’s been more than forty years since you graduated from Quincy High, entering a world on the edge of exciting change. Now, you have the opportunity to come together once again—not just to reflect on your shared past, but to build a lasting legacy. 

Through the Class Circles Challenge, your class can raise $10,000 to establish a permanent endowed fund—your Class Circle—that will support Quincy Public Schools students for generations to come. This fund will provide critical resources for technology access, arts and music education, mental health services, athletics, and college and career readiness—ensuring every Blue Devil has the opportunity to thrive.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial was dedicated in Washington, D.C., offering a poignant tribute to those who served. Musically, Michael Jackson's "Thriller" was released, becoming the best-selling album of all time and reshaping the music industry. The launch of MTV and the rise of the Second British Invasion brought a new era of music and visual culture, with bands like Duran Duran and The Human League gaining prominence.
