Class of 1964! It has been nearly sixty years since the Class of 1964 crossed the Quincy High School graduation stage, stepping into a world on the cusp of change. While much has evolved since then, your Blue Devil pride, resilience, and unity have stood the test of time. Now, you have a powerful opportunity to come together again—not only to celebrate your shared past, but to shape a brighter future through the Class Circles Challenge.

The goal is within sight: raise $10,000 to establish a permanent endowed fund—the Class of 1964’s Class Circle—that will benefit Quincy Public Schools students for generations to come. This fund will provide essential resources such as access to technology, mental health services, music and arts programs, athletics, and college and career readiness support.

Thanks to the generosity of several early classmates, your Class Circle is already well on its way to being fully funded. But we need one final push to reach the finish line. Every gift—no matter the size—adds momentum and deepens the impact of your legacy. Together, we can ensure that today’s students have access to the same opportunities that helped shape our lives.

Looking back on 1964, we remember a time of transformation and inspiration. The Civil Rights Act was signed into law, opening doors for equality. The Beatles arrived in America, ushering in a new era of music and culture. Cassius Clay, soon to be Muhammad Ali, stunned the world in the boxing ring. And the Ford Mustang hit the streets, capturing the spirit of a new generation.

At Quincy High, our class reflected that same energy and promise. We learned, grew, competed, performed, and built friendships that have lasted a lifetime. The Class of ’64 was known for its leadership, talent, and heart—and that spirit endures.
