Board Member Spotlight: Laura Dighe is a dedicated member of The Salvation Army Quincy Advisory Board and an integral leader across several key committees, including the Family Store, Social Services, Christmas, and Unmasking the Singer Committees. She has also served as a Christmas Chair, playing a vital role in one of the organization’s most impactful seasons.

Known for her hands-on approach and unwavering commitment, Laura generously gives her time, energy, and expertise to support The Salvation Army’s mission. Whether she is serving meals during the summer lunch program, ringing bells during Bucket Blitz, or helping plan and execute major events, Laura consistently goes above and beyond.

Laura has made a lasting impact on the Angel Tree program, helping streamline processes from family enrollment to gift distribution ensuring a smooth and successful experience for the hundreds of families served each year. Drawing on her background as a Process Engineer, she has also helped improve efficiency within the Family Stores by developing systems that allow staff to better serve customers and maximize resources.

Her passion for service, innovative thinking, and dedication to helping others make her an invaluable part of The Salvation Army and the Quincy community.
