WCIL Gives offers multiple opportunities to win, including grand prizes, daily challenges, donor-based awards, location-based prizes, and random drawings throughout the event.
The following prizes are presented by the Tracy Family Foundation:
Daily Prizes
Prizes based on nonprofit size correlate with the following categories:
Small Organizations: Annual budget size of less than $200,000
Medium Organizations: Annual budget size between $200,000 - $999,999
Large Organizations: Annual budget size of $1 million or more

Community Connection Award
The Community Foundation of West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri sets out to connect people who care with causes that matter. This year, they’re awarding four $1,500 prizes to fuel impact in Adams, Brown, Hancock, and Pike Counties! One nonprofit from each of the four counties whose campaign raises at least $1,000 will be randomly selected and awarded the $1,500 prizes following WCIL Gives on June 12th.
Adams County Momentum Award
The J.W. Gardner II Foundation is recognizing organizations that are making a difference in Adams County. This year, they’re awarding six $1,000 prizes to fuel impact! Adams County nonprofits that raise at least $1,000 through WCIL Gives will be randomly selected and awarded the $1,000 prizes following WCIL Gives on June 12th.
Adams County Community Builder Award
The Moorman Foundation is recognizing organizations that build Adams County across six key areas: Arts and Culture / Education and Youth Development / Community and Economic Development / Churches and Faith-Based Organizations / Health and Wellness / Human, Social, & Animal Services. One $1,000 prize will be awarded in each area. Any Adams County organization that raises at least $500 during WCIL Gives will be entered into a random drawing within its category. Winners will be announced following the event on June 12.

WCIL Gives launches June 8th at 8:00am CT and runs through June 11th at 11:59pm.
501(c)3 Nonprofit organizations, churches, and schools serving West Central Illinois in the counties of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Scott, or Schuyler are eligible to register for WCIL Gives.
Only organizations that register with https://www.wcilgives.org will be eligible to receive donations. Organizations must be approved by the Tracy Family Foundation and will receive approval confirmation after completing the application process. Private non-operating foundations are not eligible to participate.
Each participating organization will be eligible for one Grand Prize, one Daily Prize, one Strong Start Prize, one Strong Finish Prize, one Bonus Challenge, and one Sponsor Prize. Grand Prize winners will not be eligible for a Sponsor Prize.
Donations must be made online by a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, GooglePay, Paypal, or ACH* through the WCIL Gives website in order to count towards prizes or bonus challenges (no offline donations - e.g. cash or check). *ACH payment method does not support Donor Advised Funds.
Donations must be made within the Strong Start, Strong Finish, and Daily Prize timeframes to count towards those particular prizes. Any donations made outside of those timeframes will still be sent to your nonprofit but will not count towards prizes.
An organization may not make a donation to its own campaign to help secure a prize. Proxy donations (employees making donations using the organization's credit card to the campaign page) are also not allowed.
An organization must have a minimum of 10 unique donors to be eligible to win a Grand Prize. An individual that makes more than one donation to a nonprofit's campaign will only count as one unique donor.
Prizes will be disbursed via check from the Tracy Family Foundation. Organizations should expect to receive funds within 30-45 days. Donations made through https://www.wcilgives.org to nonprofit organizations are 100% tax deductible and irrevocable.
Prize money is considered unrestricted funding for your organization. Receiving prizes through WCIL Gives will not affect an organization's grant eligibility through Tracy Family Foundation's grant programs.
Donations will not be refunded. Contributions may be made via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, GooglePay, PayPal, or ACH. Checks and Donor Advised Funds are not accepted for this online giving event.
Matching Grants: This campaign encourages organizations to offer their own dollar-for-dollar matching funds on their individual https://www.wcilgives.org pages. Contact Callie.Niedederhauser@tracyfoundation.org for assistance setting up Matching Grants.
Tracy Family Foundation can modify any restrictions or conditions if, in the sole judgment of the Board of Directors, such restriction or condition becomes unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community. As such, Tracy Family Foundation reserves the right to deny or condition the distribution of prize grants if, in the judgment of its Board of Directors, such restriction or condition becomes necessary.
