Class of 2019! It's hard to believe that it has already been six years since you graduated from Quincy High School, walking across the stage as proud Blue Devils and stepping into a world full of change and possibility. Now, as proud Quincy High School alumni, you have a special opportunity to come together and create a lasting legacy.

Your class can raise $10,000 to establish a permanent endowed fund—your Class Circle—which will support Quincy Public Schools students for generations to come. This fund will provide vital resources like technology access, mental health services, arts and music education, athletics, and college and career readiness.

Your Class Circle has not yet been started, but it begins with you. Every gift—no matter how small—helps lay the foundation for long-term impact and supports the next generation of Blue Devils.

Your senior year at QHS was filled with energy, friendship, and unforgettable moments. Whether you were performing in the spring musical, competing in sports, serving as student leaders, or making memories at prom and senior events, the Class of 2019 led with pride, creativity, and connection.

Beyond Quincy, 2019 was a year of powerful cultural shifts and global headlines. The world witnessed widespread protests calling for political change in places like Hong Kong and Chile. In the U.S., climate strikes led by young people captured global attention, as students across the world rallied for environmental action.

In pop culture, Avengers: Endgame became the highest-grossing movie of all time, concluding a cinematic era. Old Town Road by Lil Nas X dominated the charts, and Billie Eilish emerged as a generational voice with When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. Meanwhile, Game of Thrones aired its highly anticipated and much-debated series finale.

In sports, the Toronto Raptors won their first NBA Championship, the St. Louis Blues claimed their first-ever Stanley Cup, and the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team triumphed at the FIFA World Cup—dominating on the field and off with a powerful message of equality and leadership.

Technology and social media continued to evolve. TikTok exploded in popularity, changing the way young people create, connect, and go viral. Streaming platforms like Disney+ launched, transforming how entertainment is consumed and shared. The Class of 2019 graduated into a world shaped by fast-paced innovation—and you were more than ready for it.

Now it’s your turn to shape what comes next. By contributing to your Class Circle, you’ll support vital programs and create opportunities for today’s students to thrive, just as you did.

By supporting your Class Circle, you celebrate the opportunities and memories that shaped your QHS journey. Let’s show that the Class of 2019 remains united, generous, and committed to empowering the next generation of Blue Devils.
