In the lands of West Central Illinois, a fierce and shadowy foe known only as the Stigma Beast threatens the well-being of our people—spreading fear, silence, and misunderstanding around mental health.

But hope is not lost.

The noble order of NAMI West Central Illinois calls upon brave hearts to rise and join the Advocacy Army—a fellowship devoted to bringing light where darkness lingers.

From our stronghold in Mt. Sterling, we serve the realms of Adams, Brown, Cass, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott counties—fighting valiantly to improve the lives of those facing mental illness and their families.

Our Quest:
🛡️ To spread knowledge and understanding of mental health among the people
🛡️ To vanquish the Stigma Beast and end the silence surrounding mental illness
🛡️ To expand our fellowship halls—bringing more free support gatherings to every corner of the realm for those living with mental illness and their loved ones
